HELIKON-TEX LEVEL 7 WINTER JACKET

Compliant with the US Extended Cold Weather Wear System (ECWCS). 7. The winter jacket is the last, outer layer of insulation, designed for use in very cold weather. Climashield® Apex™ insulation keeps the wearer warm in all conditions. The LVL7 jacket can be worn with any of the lower layers (according to ECWCS): base layers 1 and 2, fleece, shell, etc. The insulation is hydrophobic and dries quickly when wet. An outer nylon jacket protects the insulation from wind and water while allowing it to breathe. The collar has a roomy hood that is adjustable with drawstrings. The hood pocket has a two-way zip. This is important to ensure access to the hood without removing heavy gloves. The soft, fleece lining of the hood enhances wearing comfort and protects against abrasions. Two fleece-lined chest pockets keep your hands from freezing. Large side zipped pockets provide access even when wearing heavy mittens. The jacket is available in several colours to suit the terrain of outdoor and urban use.
